Having a digital library is one of the safest ways to keep backups of documents. By keeping a digital library of drawings, you will be able to quickly locate the part and get it sent out to have the part reproduced.
TIME
Many times you do not know you need a part until it breaks. To reproduce it can take an exceptionally long amount of time to figure out the parameters of the part. This will lead to downtime which will cost the company more money. With Valley CAD generating the 3D models and drawings for you, your downtime will be minimized, should any part break.
